Roof Calendar is a service of Momentum Marketing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a marketing company based in Fort Worth, Texas. Roof Calendar books roofing estimates for roofing companies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit roofcalendar.com, its landing pages, or getroofingappointments.com.

Information we collect

When you fill out our form or book a call, we collect:

• Your answer to whether you run a roofing company
• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• ZIP code
• The ad or link that brought you to the site (UTM parameters and click IDs)

Our form saves your name, email and phone as soon as you continue past that step, before you enter a ZIP code. That means we may hold your contact details even if you did not finish the form. You can ask us to delete them at any time using the contact details below.

When you book a call, our scheduling system records the time you picked and any notes you add.

How we use your information

• To contact you about Roof Calendar and the call you requested
• To send appointment messages such as confirmations, reminders and follow-ups
• To send marketing messages you have agreed to receive

SMS and mobile information

• Vercel, which hosts this website and counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies
• GoHighLevel, our CRM, which stores inquiries and sends our calendar, text and email messages
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for ad measurement as described below

These providers may not use your information for their own marketing.

Advertising and conversion tracking

We advertise on Meta. This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to report when an ad leads to a form submission or a booked call. The contact details sent this way are hashed (converted into an unreadable code) before they leave our server. These tools set cookies and share limited event data with Meta, which may use it to measure ads and to show you ads. You can limit ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the advertising measurement described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it within 30 days.
